*209Appellant Ammar Harris shot and killed a fellow motorist driving on the Las Vegas Strip. The motorist's car then careened down the Strip and struck a taxicab, killing both the driver and a passenger in a fiery explosion. At trial, the district court admitted photographs of the taxicab victims, including images of their bodies disfigured by the fire and subsequent autopsies.
