MEMORANDUM OPINION

BUCHMEYER, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case brought by the plaintiff, Neoma Shafer, against the defendant, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (“AAFES”). 1

Shafer claims that AAFES has refused to promote her because she is female, and has also discriminated against her in training and job assignment.
