Nancy Brooks and Joan Silverman, as trustees of an irrevocable trust created by Donald Silverman and as executors of his estate, appeal from a district court decision dismissing their putative class-action claims for breach of contract and unfair business practices against decedent’s life insurer, AIG SunAmeriea Life Insurance Company. We affirm.
