Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Cobb, J.), entered October 11, 1990 in Greene County, which inter alia, granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to Election Law § 16-102, to declare invalid the certificate of nomination naming respondent Daniel K. Lalor as the Conservative Party candidate for the office of County Judge of Greene County in the November 6, 1990 general election.
