The instant appeal arises out of incidents of alleged disorder connected with a racial protest by these defendants against illegal discrimination in the building trades unions. These incidents occurred on Eutgers Street and on an access road leading to a wire fence containing the entrance to a building site where public housing was in the course of construction.
