This an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County after a plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(30). On appeal, it is submitted that absent anything to the contrary in the court’s sentencing order, appellant’s state sentence for the instant crime should run concurrent to a county sentence he is currently serving.
