This cause comes before the Court on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by *1222Defendants BP Exploration & Production Inc. and BP America Production Co., [Doc. 39], which Plaintiff Joseph F. Kaminski opposes, [Doc. 40]. Defendants filed a reply. [Doc. 48]. For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted.
