This action arises out of the decision by the University of the Ozarks (“the University”) to end the employment of plaintiff-Laurie Adkins (“Coach Adkins”) at the end of the 2014-2015 softfcall season. The Court held a bench trial on May 22 and 23, 2017 on Coach Adkins’s claim fqr gender discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
