CHAGARES, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff David Williams appeals the March 10, 2015 order of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, dismissing his first amended complaint with prejudice under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm.
