Respondent was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2001 and in New York by this Court in 2008. Respondent currently resides in the City of White Plains, Westchester County.

By decision entered April 9, 2009, this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law for a period of nine months based upon his prior nine-month suspension by the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County, Massachusetts (61 AD3d 1177 [2009]).
