—Affirming.
On the face of the returns of the November, 1945, election, Asa R. Little had a majority of 6 votes over his opponent, Charles Mann, for the office of County Judge of Menifee County. Mann instituted recount proceedings. As the court neared the end, the parties made an agreement which was entered as a judgment.
