Appeal from an order of the County Court, entered February 7, 1975 in Warren County, which, following a submission of controversy pursuant to CPLR 3222, dismissed the complaint as barred by the Statute of Limitations. The agreed facts are as follows. In 1965, in connection with a proposed purchase of land in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, plaintiff retained the defendant attorney to represent him.
