Allen, J. I.
Unless a will provides otherwise, the beneficiary of the income of a trust fund created by the will is entitled to no income accruing or interest during the year following the testator’s death except in certain cases of dependency. Fuller v. Gale, 78 N. H. 544, 546. It follows that the income of the estate received during such period became merged in the estate so as to form a part of the principal of the residue.
