This is an action in which plaintiff seeks recovery of damages resulting from injuries received in an automobile collision. The defendants are the American Surety Company of New York, the insurer of the car in which plaintiff was riding as a guest, and the Employer's Casualty Company, the liability insurer of the owner of the truck with which the automobile collided. The total amount of damages prayed by plaintiff was the sum of $5,095.00.
