MORROW, Presiding Judge.
— The unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
The salient facts are the following: Lee Ellis, and several other men whom he named, went in the daytime to the home of Levassar, the appellant. Levassar was sick in bed and his married daughter was at the home looking after him. The visitors asked the appellant if he had any whisky.
