Plaintiff-appellant, India K. Clark, appeals a decision of the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas that affirmed a State Personnel Board of Review (“SPBR”) ruling upholding her demotion.

The record shows that appellant was promoted to the position of interim account clerk supervisor for defendant-appellee, Ohio Department of Transportation (“ODOT”), on January 13, 1991. Her probationary period for the position commenced that same day and was scheduled to end in one hundred eighty days.
