1Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam :

This case was before this court at a former term under the title People v. Simpson, 308 Ill. 418. That case was an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court of Christian county quashing the quo warranto and dismissing the suit at the cost of relators. We reversed the judgment of the circuit court and remanded the cause to that court. A petition for rehearing was filed and allowed, in which it was alleged the original decision of this court was not in accordance with the facts or with the law, but these allegations were not sustained and the opinion and decision were adhered to.
