1. There is evidence in the record which may fairly be claimed to show that the Regent Company had designed the alleged infringing mirrors before employing Curry, that Curry had no voice in deciding what should be manufactured, and that his efforts were directed to organizing the factory so as to produce better and cheaper what the Regent Company had already determined upon.
