Robert Stocklin was found guilty of possession of stolen property of less than $100.00 in value under IC 1971, 35-17-5-3(1) (f) and (2) (a) (Burns Code Ed.). He was sentenced to the custody of the Indiana State Department of Corrections for a period of from one (1) to five (5) years under IC 1971, 35-17-5-12(1) (Burns Code Ed.). On appeal, Stocklin challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.
