I must respectfully dissent from the opinion of the majority of the Court in this ease. One method of amending a statute is to strike a word or phrase, and then insert a different word or phrase. After the majority opinion in this case, Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 27-14 — 405(h)(i) (Michie 1997) is amended in this way:(i) The injured employee is because of the injury, unable to return to employment at a comparable an equivalent or substantially equal or higher wage than the wage the employee was earning at the time of injury!.]

Can there be any wonder that I believe the majority of the Court is engaged…
