On August 26, 1931, T.T. Teiten died leaving a widow, Anna Teiten and a daughter, Shirley Anne Teiten, five years old. During the course of the administration of the estate, a petition was made to have lots ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12) of block seven (7) of the town of Wildrose, Williams county, North Dakota set aside to the widow as a homestead. The defendant, Van Sickle, as district manager of L.R.
