Hoy, por estar igualmente divido el Tribunal, se con-firma una Sentencia del Tribunal de Apelaciones que re-suelve que para solicitar la supresión de evidencia pro-ducto de un registro ilegal, una persona acusada de delito necesita legitimación activa basada en una expectativa ra-zonable de intimidad…
