Iowa Electric Light & Power Co. brought this action against Mobile Aerial Towers, Inc., Tel-E-Lect, Inc., and Badger Body & Truck Equipment Co., for damages arising from the collapse of a boom on one of Iowa Electric’s bucket trucks. The district court 1 granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment based on collateral estoppel.
