This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the circuit court of Peoria County which denied the defendants’ motion to dismiss a declaratory judgment action.

On May 10, 1976, the plaintiff Board of Education, Peoria School District No. 150, filed an amended complaint for declaratory judgment. The amended complaint named four defendants, to-wit, the State Superintendent of Education, the State Board of Education, the Superintendent of Educational Service Region, and the Comptroller of the State of Illinois.
