Before the Court for consideration are three motions to dismiss Salem Baptist Church of Jenkintown’s (“Debtor” or “Salem Baptist Church”) Complaint for Declaratory Judgment (“Complaint”). In its Complaint, Salem Baptist Church request that the Court declare inter alia that (1) its claims against Defendants, Eastburn and Gray, P.C., Jane Leopold-Leventhal, Esq., and Marc D. Jonas, Esq.
