MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO TERMINATE AUTOMATIC STAY

Metro North Company filed a Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay to take possession of leased premises from debtor Knight Jewelry, Inc., and to dismiss or convert the case to Chapter 7. At the hearing on April 20, 1994, appearances were: Metro by counsel Steve Horak; debtor by corporate representative Shai Harmelech and counsel Gerald Thompson; and the U.S. Trustee by counsel Cynthia Edwards.
