OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent Allen J. Bodner was admitted to the practice of *76law in New York by the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, on March 20, 1964. At all times relevant herein, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
