Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ July 28, 2020 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A20A2078. JEFFERY WILLIAMS v. THE STATE. In 2012, Jeffery Williams pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary. He was sentenced as a recidivist to 20 years on each count, to serve the first 15 years in confinement and the remainder on probation, with the sentences to run concurrently. Williams later filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea, which the trial court denied. We affirmed that ruling on appeal. Williams v. State,
