OPINION
EDELSTEIN, District Judge.
This is a motion by petitioner for a protective order, pursuant to Rule 30(b) F.R.Civ.P., forbidding the taking of depositions upon oral examination.
The petitioner, an unincorporated labor association and the collective bar*299gaining representative of respondent’s hourly-rated employees, and the respondent are parties to a collective bargaining agreement called the “National Agreement,” which contains an arbitration clause.
