MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Gregory Kelley appeals the district court’s 2 order affirming the Commissioner’s determination that he was not disabled. We affirm.

Kelley applied for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq., and supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. Before the ALJ, Kelley claimed disability due to a genetic skin condition and related impairments.
