PORTERIE, District Judge.
On January 29, 1930, upon a creditor’s bill and answer filed by the respondent, a receiver was’ appointed for Picard & Geismar, Ltd., a Louisiana corporation, 'domiciled in the parish of Ascension, within this district. The decree contained injunctive provisions forbidding any creditor from causing to issue out of any court any process against the assets and the property of the corporation.
