*368LOUGHRY, Justice:

The petitioner and defendant below, James Wilkerson (hereinafter “petitioner”), appeals the July 6,2011, order of the Circuit Court of Ohio County sentencing him to a total of eighty years in the West Virginia Penitentiary for his conviction of two counts of robbery in the first degree.1 The petitioner was also sentenced to a term of not less than two nor more than ten years for his conviction of assault during the commission of a felony and sentenced to a term of not less than one nor more than five years for his conviction of conspiracy to commit the felony offense of…
