REASONS FOR DECISION ON MOTION TO CONVERT
HENLEY A. HUNTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the debtor’s motion to convert this case to one under Chapter 13 and the objections of the Chapter 7 Trustee and a creditor, 1000 South Michigan Avenue, who filed its objection with the alternative prayer for a re-Conversion of the case to one under Chapter 7, in the event the case converted as a matter of right.
