This is an action brought by the plaintiff in behalf of herself as a taxpayer of the city of Mandan and also in behalf of all other taxpayers of the city to enjoin certain city officials from collecting taxes levied for the purpose of paying a funding bond issue and from paying any part of the principal or interest on the bonds against which an attack is made in this suit. The plaintiff contends that the bonds are void for reasons that will be disclosed in detail by this opinion.
