Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Mathews, J.), rendered April 29, 2005, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In satisfaction of a two-count indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with the promise of a prison term of five years followed by IV2 years of postrelease supervision.
