The complainant charges in her bill that, as the widow of the late Robert Crittenden, she is entitled to dower in lots numbered seven, eight and nine, in block numbered thirty-four in the city of Little Rock, with the improvements thereon. Her demand is resisted by the defendant upon several distinct grounds. The bill states that Robert Crittenden, the alleged husband, departed this life intestate, in the month of December, A.
