This case is before us on appeal from judgment of the Circuit Court affirming the order of the County Judge acting as Judge of the Probate Court, as follows, to-wit:

“It Is Ordered and Adjudged that Ruby B. May, the Administratrix of said Estate, be and she is hereby authorized and directed to charge against the distributive share of Lillian B. Corlett the sum of $800.00, that being the principal amount, without interest due and unpaid on said promissory notes executed by Lillian B.
