An unemancipated 17-year-old petitions this Court for review of the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals. That court affirmed the trial court's denial of the petitioner's request for a waiver of her guardian's consent to an abortion. This proceeding is the fifth of its kind to come before this Court in recent months.
