1Opinion of the Court

Kelly, P.,

delivered the opinion of the court,

*688The defendant, Eugene Spencer, a youth eighteen years old, was found guilty of violating the State prohibition law (Acts 1918, p. 678), and was sentenced, in accordance with the verdict of the jury, to a term of one month in jail and the payment of a fine of five hundred dollars.
