PLAINTIFFS in error, the executors, trustees and beneficiaries, under the terms of the will of Estelle B. Hunter, deceased, will be herein referred to as objectors, and defendants in error as the state.
In the course of administration in the county court, the estate was subject to an inheritance tax under the provisions of the statutes of the state of Colorado. The assessment was made against the estate, approved by the court, and paid without objection in due course.
