OBERDORFER, District Judge.
Appellant Kenneth Coker, Sr. appeals from the district court’s 3 decision in favor of appellees Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”) and Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) on cross-motions for summary judgment. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
