This is a suit begun by a bill of complaint filed in the circuit court of Cook county, on June 10, 1925, by the complainant, the Park Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, against the defendant, the Park Avenue Colored Methodist Episcopal Church, and others, to foreclose a trust deed on certain real estate for the liquidation of a principal indebtedness of $11,000, represented by certain promissory notes, signed by the defendant, Park Avenue Colored Methodist Episcopal Church.
