In this cause it appears that complainant Akin and wife sold and conveyed to A. R. Egner a tract of land situated in Williamson county, Tennessee, on September 26, 1925, for the recited consideration of $7500'; $1550 cash, and the assumption by the grantees of a mortgage indebtedness on the land in the sum of $3,846.75, payable to the Federal Land Bank of Louisville, Kentucky, and for the balance executed four deferred purchase payment notes, three for the sum of $525.81 each and one for the sum of $525.82.
