The plaintiff, Robin W. Callender, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant, Reflexite Corporation (Reflexite), on the plaintiffs complaint, which alleged discrimination or retaliation in violation of General Statutes § 31-290U1 and promissory estoppel.
