John B. Smith, late of Bloomsbury, in the county of Warren, on or about the 18th of August, 1871, made his will, in which, after the usual prefatory statement of testamentary intention, he says: “And as to my wordly estate and property, real, personal and mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the following manner, to wit: First.
