GRISSOM, Chief Justice.

Erwin W. Smith et al. sued George B. Adams et al. in trespass to try title to an undivided interest in the minerals in a tract of land in the Manuel Tejerino survey in Harris County. Judgment was rendered for the defendants and plaintiffs, including some cross plaintiffs and intervenors, have appealed. Appellants and appellees deraign their titles from N. T. Masterson.
