MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter is before the Court to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan proposed by Mary E. Long (the “Debtor”), the debtor in the above-referenced Chapter 13 case. Ronald E. Stadt-mueller, Chapter 13 Trustee, objected to the confirmation of the Plan on the ground that the Debtor is not applying all of her projected disposable income in contravention of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B), as that statute was amended by the passage of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPC-PA”).
