This is an action under The Support Law of June 24, 1937, P. L. 2045, 62 PS §1973, to compel a son to support an indigent father.
The father, William Auman, an indigent person, had applied for relief. It appearing to the relief authorities that he had a son who was able either to support, or aid in his support, he was referred to the court for proceedings against this son, John Auman.
