This civil action arises out of a failed real estate construction project. The original Plaintiffs, and now Counterclaim Defendants, Aliberti, LaRochelle & Hodson Engineering, Inc. and Aliberti, LaRochelle & Hodson Construction Management, Inc. filed this action on the theories of mechanics lien, breach of contract, and quantum meruit.
