A Surry County jury found Thomas Howard Strickland, Jr. ("Defendant") guilty of sale and delivery of cocaine and possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine on May 17, 2017. Defendant subsequently pleaded guilty to having attained habitual felon status, and he was sentenced to seventy-six to one-hundred-four months in prison.
